Ingredients
- 50 g margarine or coconut oil
- 2 dl oats
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour or almond flour

1 tbsp Natural Nordic nettle-bilberry powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Melt margarine in a pot. Add remaining ingredients and mix into a smooth dough.
- Drop small spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, leaving 10 cm gaps between cookies.
- Bake for 5 minutes on the upper rack. Cool slightly before removing from the sheet.
Recipe Note
Optional Filling:
Mix cream cheese with 3 tbsp Natural Nordic raspberry powder and sandwich between two cookies.
