These terms are valid from December 14th 2023.

We will process your order as soon as it has been verified and your payment approved. This usually takes 1-3 business days in Finland, excluding weekends or holidays. 

After processing, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hyvinkää, Finland. Please contact us via email info@naturalnordic.fi if you want to arrange a pick-up personally from Hyvinkää or Helsinki.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking code by email so you can follow the delivery of your order. We have pre-selected the most convenient shipping method based on the size of the package and your location. This suggestion comes automatically when you choose your location during your order. Should you wish for a low cost delivery option, you can choose a delivery option without tracking code for small packages.  We prefer nature-friendly way of shipping whenever possible and re-use wrapping parcels. 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide, except Russia and Belarus. Shipments to selected countries listed below have standard deliveries, in some countries we need to check the deliveries separately.  

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

USA, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia

Shipping costs

* European Union (EU) countries and Norway, Switzerland, UK

The shipping cost will depend on the weight and volume of the items. Currently, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100 €. 

* Outside EU 

For non-European Union countries the shipping cost is based on the destination, weight and volume of the parcel. Currently, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over 150 €.

Delivery costs include all posting and packaging costs. The exact delivery cost will depend on your location, items in your shopping cart and total weight.

For countries not listed above the shipping cost and estimated delivery date will be stated in the quote provided by our customer service.

Please note that if you order outside the EU, you will usually have to pay the local VAT and the customs duties your country charges. All these costs are covered by you. 

Ordering

Select products in our webstore and pay your shopping cart with your preferred payment method. All customer information you submit for the order is treated confidential. When placing orders, we expect you to have read and accepted our terms and conditions.  

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

Payment methods

We use Shopify payments for our online payment processing.  It is an easy-to-use and safe way to shop in our webstore. You have the following payment methods available: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and ShopPay. You will be charged in euros. 

Bank wire transfer

You can pay by direct bank transfer. Once you have confirmed your order we will send the payment instructions to your email address. The bank transfer must be made within 7 days and your order will be processed after we have received the payment. Please note, the items are not reserved for you until the payment is complete. We cannot guarantee the availability of sale or discontinued products.

Most banks will charge extra fees for foreign payments. Please check with your bank.

Order confirmation

When you have submitted your order, you will get confirmation by email. Please review the order confirmation carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us by email. Please, remember to include your customer and order ID from the confirmation in your email. 

Delivery methods

We use postal and courier services depending on the shipping location. If you select to pick-up your order personally from Hyvinkää or Helsinki, please contact us via email info@naturalnordic.fi.

Delivery time

We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The approximate delivery time is from a couple of days to one week. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to agree on the estimated delivery time.

Prices and taxes

Our prices include VAT, Value Added Tax which is 14 % generally for all food items and 25.5 % for cosmetics. Within European Union (EU) the prices include Finnish VAT, outside EU not. Please note that if you order outside the EU, you will usually have to pay the local VAT and the customs duties your country charges. All these costs are covered by you.
