Ingredients

1 tsp Natural Nordic horn of plenty powder

or Natural Nordic trumpet chanterelle powder
- 2 tomatoes
- black sesame seeds for decoration
- ½ broccoli
- 1 carrot
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion
- 4 eggs
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ yellow sweet pepper
Directions
- Sauté chopped vegetables briefly in a pan.
- Combine eggs, spices, and water.
- Add lightly sautéed vegetables to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture on a paper-covered baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Once ready, roll the omelette with the help of the paper-covering.
- Let the roll cool down before slicing it into 1 ½ cm pieces.
- Garnish with black sesame seeds and colorful veggies.
