Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 170g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 195g whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp Natural Nordic lingonberry powder
- 50g dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic lingonberry powder

Directions
Preheat the oven to 175℃ and prep the cake mold
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one by one to the batter and mix well.
- Add combined baking powder, flour, and first part of the berry powder.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and mix them gently into the batter.
- Pour batter into the mold and bake on the center rack of the oven for about 50 minutes.
- Cool for 20 minutes, then invert onto the wire rack to cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and remaining berry powder together.
- Add and mix cold water spoonful at a time with mixture until you get the right smooth consistency.
- Pour icing on top of the cake in your own artistic way. Let the icing harden before serving the cake.
