Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic Wild Power herb mix
- 8 potatoes
- olive oil
Directions
- Wash potatoes and cut into evenly-sized wedges.
- Place the potato wedges in a bowl and cover them with cold water. Let them soak for about 15-20 minutes.
- After soaking, drain the water and dry the potato wedges using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
- Transfer the dried wedges to a mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, ensuring they're well coated.
- Sprinkle the Natural Nordic Wild Power powder over the oiled wedges. Stir to ensure even distribution of the herbs.
- Arrange the herbed potato wedges on an oven tray in a single layer.
- Bake at 200℃ for about 15-20 minutes or until the wedges are tender on the inside and crispy golden brown on the outside.
- Once baked to perfection, remove them from the oven.
